Mark's wedding ring came in today! And he's totally in love with it.
We also finished up the invitations today, with the help of my awesome, wonderful mother. We've been slowly making progress on them, weekend by weekend, and they are almost ready to send out. I just have to slap some stamps on them and drop them in the mail. I'd say be on the lookout, but only a couple people will see this BEFORE they get the invitation, and they probably already know about the invitations. :-)
That's all the news for now. Waiting for my dress to come (due on thursday or friday) and then I can start embellishing it. It's a pretty simple dress, so I'm going to be blinging it up a bit and adding some lace and maybe ribbons and stuff to it. We'll see if I can keep it classy. I have high hopes for this dress. It will actually be my third dress. The first two were what my dad would call 'el cheapo' dresses from China, and they were just not built for an American body...I'll elaborate if asked, but otherwise just assume that there was no way I could possibly alter my body to get into either of them.
